Obasanjo has not been helpful or very active says US Ambassador

ADDIS ABABA, NOVEMBER 24, 2021 - In a leaked secret Zoom meeting US, British, French and Spanish diplomats along with Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF) representatives discuss ways to rescue the TPLF. The video was first published on Jeff Pearce's Medium platform. 

In the video, US Ambassador Donald Yamamoto is heard saying that the African Union High Representative is not "helpful or very active".

The participants of the Zoom meeting were Dr. Eleni Gebremedhin, Ephraim Isaac, Berhane Gebrekristos, Ambassador Donald Yamamoto, Vicki Huddleston (British diplomat), Stéphane Gompertz (retired French diplomat) and Tim Clarke  (Former EU ambassador to Ethiopia).

University of Gondar rescinds Dr. Eleni Gabre-Madhin’s honorary doctorate

  ADDIS ABABA, NOVEMBER 30, 2021 - University of Gondar announced today that it has revoked the Honorary Doctorate that it gave to Dr. Eleni Gabre-Madhin on 2013. The University of Gondar, until 2003 known as the Gondar College of Medical Sciences, is the oldest medical school in Ethiopia. Established as the Public Health College in 1954, it is located in Gondar, Amhara region. Ethiopian's have spoken #NoMore in a rally condemning US treatment of Ethiopia

ADDIS ABABA, NOVEMBER 07, 2021 - Hundreds and thousands of Ethiopians came out to the streets in Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa, on Sunday, denouncing the United States' (US) treatment of Ethiopia and condemning disinformation campaign waged against Ethiopia by international media such as CNN. The rally was also intended to show support to the Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF) and condemn the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) terrorists and their backers.   In spite of the orchestrated international media disinformation campaign claiming Addis was uneasy, citizens of Addis Ababa came out to show to the world that things are not as the media depicts it to be. CNN recently released news saying that the TPLF terrorists were in the outskirts of Addis Ababa which led the U.S. Embassy in Addis to call on its citizens to leave the country. However, most Ethiopians saw this as unnecessary fear mongering.    Some of the demonstrators were carrying signs which read #NoMore ,
